This open-air villa features spacious King bedrooms, a fully fitted open plan kitchen, large private verandas, and a beautiful garden overlooking the lagoon. It’s the only villa of its size on the lagoon, making it unique and ideal for groups or families. The 3-bedroom villa’s large veranda leads down to the lagoon and 2 freestanding Lagoon Cottages – the perfect location for couples. It’s a great spot for watching the sunset or enjoying a quiet morning on the water.

THE BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

3-BEDROOM COTTAGE
There are 2 Primary bedrooms on the 2nd level. Each with King beds, ensuite bathrooms with double sinks, deep, oversized clawfoot tubs overlooking the lagoon as well as a walk-in shower. Both have large verandas with views of the lagoon, Playscape, and the sea.

The 3rd bedroom is on the 1st level with 2 Bunk Beds each with a double bed on the lower level and 2 singles on the upper level. There is a small bathroom with vanity and toilet, and an outdoor shower.

THE PROPERTY & STAFF

It has a full kitchen, lounge, a study with twin sofa bed and a separate powder room off the living area. Dining on the terrace veranda has seating for 8 people.

The villa has direct lagoon access as well as a sea view as it is only steps away from Low Cay Beach.
