The spacious, beautifully designed living room has comfortable couches, club chairs, ottomans, and a flat screen TV and sound system, including headphones for the hearing impaired. There are a multitude of games to use at the game table. The formal dining room with a beautifully handcrafted mahogany table and chairs opens to outstanding vistas of the sea, as does the al fresco dining area under a flower-bedecked pergola.

The veranda, with magnificent views and balmy breezes, overlooks the heated, aqua glass tiled swimming pool, hot tub and pool deck outfitted with lounge chairs and umbrellas for shade.

The Sugar Tower and Sun Deck is a hand-cut stone indoor/outdoor room with beautiful arched doorways, perfect for morning coffee or to view the colorful sunsets, as well as a place to star and moon gaze in the evenings. The large recreation room has pool, ping-pong and foosball tables. The gym in the guest house is fully equipped with aerobic exercise equipment, weights, bands, Bosu and gym balls and exercise videos. Wi-Fi is available throughout.

Of special note, is the organic garden and tropical fruit trees, which provide in season vegetables, fruits and herbs for the expert chef to use in preparing the daily meals. There is also a wood burning pizza oven as pizza night is a favorite at Sugar Hill.

The welcoming and experienced staff includes a chef, butler, housekeepers, laundress and gardeners, who will be happy to take you on a tour of the flower and vegetable gardens.
