The villa is surrounded by approximately an acre of tropical trees, many of which are covered with orchids, shrubs and abundant fruit trees. An exotic Alamanda vine shades the entrance leading to the spacious living room with a complete entertainment system, including satellite and cable television, CD and DVD players and an extensive movie library. This room opens to a large 60-foot veranda with pickled wicker furniture, surrounded by draping vines and a beautiful sea view.
