Bay Watch Villa is a lovely seaside property in Runaway Bay with a contemporary, tropical décor offering all the comforts of home. The main house has 3 bedrooms, a large living room and a dining area that opens up to a covered veranda with multiple seating areas, giving ample space to relax with views of the lawn, the beach and the blue Caribbean Sea.
The newly built 2-bedroom annex has a small sitting area and a loft and is directly across the paved terrace. The beach and sea are excellent for swimming, in turquoise water. There is a swimming pool with comfortable lounge chairs directly off the side veranda and an attached kiddie pool for small children.
THE VILLA
Bahia Cottage is a delightful, recently renovated, open concept Caribbean cottage located on the Runaway Bay Beach. Large windows and doors open onto the covered patio allowing the cool breeze to flow throughout. This cottage shares the grounds and staff of the two other villas on the property – Siesta Villa and Bay Watch Villa. It can also be combined with these other two properties to provide accommodations for up to 24 guests, plus 2 more children in the Bay Watch loft.

The decor is a tasteful blend of Caribbean and Indonesian style. The main villa has 3 very large and private bedrooms. Linked to the main house by a lush tropical garden path is the guest villa where there are 4 equally beautiful and spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, all with balconies offering views of the bay.
