Beyond the lush tropical gardens, there is a magnificent swimming pool, a gazebo and a deck set on the rocks for sea viewing. Swimming is not recommended at Eight Rivers due to currents and rocks, however local sandy beaches are located just one quarter mile away.

Somewhere Villa is located next to Eight Rivers Villa, with a gate to walk between.  Together they can accommodate 16 people, making for the perfect setting for family get-togethers and reunions. Meals can be had together if Somewhere and Eight Rivers Villas are rented as sister villas.

As with all of the luxurious Prospect villas, the house is fully staffed with a cook, butler, housekeeper/laundress and all-night security. The friendly on-site management greet all guests and are happy to cater to their individual needs.

Guests can also enjoy the free use of the Estate’s tennis court and jitney tours, all within an easy 5-minute walk of the villa. Guests receive discounts on greens fees from Upton Golf Club and horse back riding.
